On Saturday, February 21st, 2026, the Key Survey platform is scheduled to undergo database maintenance to improve your experience. As a result, there will be a window of scheduled downtime during the maintenance window of 1:00am ET to 3:00am ET.

The application will be unavailable during this time, including form and report links. Your users will not be able to access the portal until maintenance has finished.
