Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the Connecticut Film Festival. We often will need someone to pick up or drop off a film, projection equipment or promotional materials at venue. These are people who pre qualify new submissions. Each film must be screened by 3 people. The screeners then recommend the films they qualify to the Director Of Programming. The director then makes the final decision on accepting a film and will often discuss films with the screeners. Films that make the final cut then go on to the festival and are eventually screened and vetted by three judges in each category. The winners are eligible for awards.
