With WorldAPP's contact manager, you get an address book, user data base and data storage all in one place. The contact manager is a central repository where you can view, manage and select your survey participants to send employee surveys.
To further enable administrative ease of use, you can configure the contact manager to display only those fields deemed relevant. Setting these views allows you to easily search, sort or create complex filters on as many fields as you want. And because all the contact records are stored in memory, searching through thousands of contacts is done instantly, making your Key Survey experience conveniently fast.
You can get even more granular when it comes to controlling how you view contacts. Nested views allow you to organize your contact manager into lists that are easier to work with. By creating nested views, large lists of employees can by lumped into searchable categories. By using our advanced search logic, you can quickly send surveys to various employee groups at the same time, such as "IT worldwide" and "Customer Care Team on the East Coast".
To ensure that your contact list never contains outdated information, the contact manager can be synchronized from your companies chosen data course - either through a deliminated file or LDAP directory. This synchronization can be setup to run automatically on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to ensure your employee list is up-to-date.
