Instead of point-to-point solutions, today's data collection technologies must be modular and extensible end solutions. With this in mind, WorldAPP Application offers a multitude of survey/form deployment options.
| Internet | Text, audio, even video may be captured electronically through any internet site or via your intranet. Direct users to the site in any way and require them to enter identification details in order to participate in the survey/form. Record and validate respondent IP addresses against a company database (using API calls) and tie IP addresses to existing respondent information (such as the name of the individual at the IP address). Import and connect the related information to the survey/form. Choose from the following Internet distribution options: | |

| Link to Survey/ Form on Website | Provide a link to your survey/form on your website or intranet. | |
| Embed Survey/ Form into a Webpage | Display your survey/form on any webpage of your website or intranet. | |
| Pop-up Survey/Form | Display your survey/form in a pop-up window for each visitor or for every certain numbered visitor to your website. This feature can monitor IP addresses of voters, consequently controlling duplicate responses. | |
| Send an email invitation to your survey/form in plain text or use HTML elements to design and compose your emails to match your branding efforts. Provide the ability for respondents to 'Opt out' from future mailings. Customize 'From' and 'To' fields, personalize email text with imported respondent data, set priority levels, and specify return email addresses. | Unique Survey/ Form Link | Distribute your survey/form to email addresses you specify. This feature allows you to compose an email, define the distribution list and set anonymity. Each respondent receives an email with a unique link to your survey/form. The survey/form URL begins with the Application domain name. | |
| Unique Survey/ Form Link with Password Protection | Using this option, you combine two distribution methods (for one launch) and secure your survey/form with individual passwords. Each respondent receives an email with a unique link to your survey/form. Respondents who do not have email access can navigate to your "Master Link" and still use a secure password to access the survey/form. | |
| Embedded HTML Code | Distribute and display your survey/form within the body of an email message. This feature allows respondents to take and submit the survey/form directly from their email application. | |
| IP Address Link | Using this link option hides the Application domain name (inside the survey/form link) and replaces it with the IP address of our server. | |
| Private Label | With this package, you can use your own domain name or IP address in your survey/form link. | |
| AutoFill from URL | Use this feature to pre-populate survey/form fields with imported respondent data, which was collected in a different web form. | |
| PDA/Handheld | Use PDA's and other handhelds to distribute your survey/form. Survey/Form results are uploaded and stored with existing online data. | |
| Kiosk | Collect respondent data from Kiosks at tradeshows, in retail locations or other sites with internet access. | |
| Telephone | Respondents can call survey/form results in, with all collected data entered into your database. | |
| Paper | Many potential respondents do not have ready access to the Internet, so we can process surveys/forms in printed format - with checkboxes and "Write your comments here" fields. | |
| WorldAPP can manage the mailing and receiving of paper surveys/forms to and from your respondents. | ||
| Fax | In addition to mailing, respondents can send survey/form results via facsimile. | |
