Offline Data Collection

This feature allows users to complete surveys offline on any handheld device, Windows, Mac, or Linux based laptops or desktops and upload their responses once a connection is reached or restored.

How it works:

  • Build your surveys online using Key Survey including logic if necessary.
  • Install the offline software on your laptop, desktop, or handheld mobile device.
  • Users then sign into the Key Survey account and download the latest version of their survey or form.
  • Users can complete the survey(s) remotely and save their responses to a localized database.
  • When connection is available, users then upload their responses to the central enterprise application.
