| For Key Survey users Cookies and JavaScript must be enabled. All modern browsers have cookies and JavaScript enabled by default. Please refer to your browser user manual for more information about enabling support for cookies and JavaScript. Below you will find the instructions to enable cookies and JavaScript for Internet Explorer and Firefox. |
- You can change Security settings as follows:
- Select "Tools | Internet Options..." from the main menu.
Change to the "Security" tab.
Select Internet icon and click Default Level button, then "Apply".
To change Cookies settings please:
- Select "Tools | Internet Options..." from the main menu.
Change to the "Privacy" tab.
Click "Default" button, then "Apply".
To enable pop-ups please:
- Select "Tools | Internet Options..." from the main menu.
Change to the "Privacy" tab.
Uncheck "Block Pop-ups" and click "Apply" button for IE 6.x
Uncheck "Turn on Pop-up Blocker" and click "Apply" button for IE 7.x.
- You can change Cookies setting as follows:
- Select "Tools | Options..." from the main menu.
Activate "Privacy" button and go to the Cookies tab.
Check "Allow sites to set Cookies" check box, then click "OK" button for 1.5.x.
Check "Accept Cookies from sites" check box, then click "OK" button for 2.0.x.
To enable pop-ups please:
- Select "Tools | Options..." from the main menu.
Activate "Content" button and uncheck "Block Pop-up Windows",
then click "OK" button.
To enable JavaScript please:
- Select "Tools | Options..." from the main menu.
Activate "Content" button and check "Enable JavaScript" check box,
then click "OK" button.
If you experience any problems with the characters appearance on the application pages, please try changing the Coding to "Unicode (UTF-8)". To do this, just select the following in your top Navigation bar: "View | Encoding | More | Unicode (UTF-8)" for Internet Explorer. "View | Character Encoding | More Encoding | Unicode (UTF-8)" for Fire Fox.
Notes:
The use of the following applications can significantly influence the correct functioning of certain Key Survey features: Norton Internet Security, Zone Alarm Pro, etc.
