User Tip: Export to PDF

Did you know that Key Survey Professional users can save their reports in the Adobe .PDF format? Here's how.

From your survey home page, click the printer icon to the right of the survey you wish to convert to PDF.
Select the 'Create PDF' radio button. Then click [Next]. This will take you to a new screen. To convert the summarized results to PDF, select 'Summary'. To convert the reports by individual respondent, choose 'By Respondent'.
You can select one respondent. You can also select a range of them, by using the 'From' and 'To' fields. You can select up to 500 respondents at a time in this way. Select 'Convert to black and white' or 'Convert to color'. You can also choose between Portrait and Landscape page orientations. Finally, click 'Go'.

Daylight Savings UPDATE
Key Survey Support has frequently been asked if the upcoming daylight savings change will affect anything. We are pleased to announce that the daylight saving time change will not affect Key Survey.
