Welcome to the Key Note, Key Survey's new monthly newsletter. Here you'll find tips and advice for getting more out of Key Survey. We've recently updated Key Survey. The 6.7 release includes a long list of customer-suggested improvements, and a really substantial boost to what Enterprise especially can do.

Enterprise users can now export data directly to XML. They have several new API calls and new access and permission-level functionality.

Enterprise isn't the only aspect of Key Survey we've improved. There's been a major hardware upgrade that will increase both our speed and our up-time. In addition, there are several serious improvements to the general interface and functionality.

We're a customer-driven company, and many of these improvements wouldn't have happened if you hadn't suggested them to us. If there's something you think should be changed in, or added to Key Survey, please let us know.

Email invitations - with features like unique survey links and email reminders - are one of the most popular distribution methods amongst Key Survey customers.

Most users, though, don't know that they can track results, too. If you use email distribution, the 'email results' page can be a real asset to your survey management.

To get to this page, just click on the number representing the amount of incomplete surveys on your
'Survey Home' page.
