In this Key Note we introduce you new important updates released with the new version of Key Survey in the end of May and recent release of June, 26th.

These new enhancements aim to facilitate our users' experience in survey creation and deployment, and to provide more comprehensive data analysis along with the new integration capabilities.

With the new features added to Key Survey, our users can create professional-looking surveys with impressive graphical design in just a few clicks. New data-exporting capabilities make the extraction of data collected by Key Survey easier than ever.

New features introduced in the latest release

• Now you can see the additional information on the "Questions" page. It shows the question's type, list of answer options and the selected scale (if applicable). Checkbox "Display answer options and additional information" turns this feature on and off.
• You can export to Excel links to individual respondent answers. This option can be found on "Publish" page of your report in "Export to Excel" set of functions.
• Now you can create new folders within "Reports" dashboard, even if there are no surveys in your account yet.
• We have changed the behavior of the "Delete" button on the "Verify email addresses" page - now it deletes only invalid email addresses.
• While using the "Upload responses" feature, the "Total" field within "Numeric allocation" question now will be recalculated by Key Survey. You may leave the "Total" field empty in your responses file.

User Tip: Survey and Report Anonymity Features

Survey Launch - Master URL distribution

• You can use the Master URL distribution option. Simply copy and paste the generated link and email to your respondents. The responses will be anonymous.

Survey Launch - Email distribution

• You can choose "All respondents to remain anonymous" option to disable tracking email addresses of the respondents who took your survey.

Survey Launch - Alias email

• This feature enables you to enter and customize the email address into the "From" field.

Report - Rules

• Hide respondent IDs/email. Select this check box to hide a column containing respondent emails or other identifiers while exporting your survey results to Excel, PDF or in the "report by respondent" mode.

Report - Edit

• Hide Question. You can select this check box to make questions and answer options invisible in online report.
