Full integration with Salesforce.com allows seamless exchange of important data between you Key Survey and Salesforce.com accounts. Now, personalized surveys and forms can be easily pre-populated with all the relevant data you need from Salesforce.com. In addition, new data from completed surveys can now flow directly into your Salesforce.com account.
This powerful connection between Key Survey and Salesforce.com enables users to enhance their customer relations by surveying existing leads or contacts, capturing demographic data, conducting marketing research, tracking feedback and support cases, or capturing leads from your own Web site.

Key Survey revolutionizes survey analysis by integrating with QlikView, the technology for "traditional" analytics solutions. Dashboards and alerts, multi-dimensional analyses, slice-and-dice data and other features are now available to Key Survey users without the limitations or complexities of traditional BI applications.
As a result of integration, data gathered in Key Survey can be easily exported to QlikView in an understandable and well-structured XML format. QlikView Analyzer allows users to seamlessly connect to any QlikView Server to perform further analysis and reporting based on QlikView applications.
Results can easily be shared between users via bookmarks or as printed PDF reports. Seamless integration with Microsoft Office then makes QlikView graphs, tables, and data available for common Microsoft Office documents.

Key Survey's Email Alert feature allows you to generate automatic email alerts sent to either yourself or a respondent, when a particular response is selected. Additionally, you can set up an Email Alert to go to other email addresses and you can even set up a unique email which can be tailored to specific needs depending on each answer a respondent makes. In fact, each email can have a unique subject line, body text, list of recipients and sender's address. Emails sent to your respondents can even include attachments.
Email Alerts are often used to notify customer support if a respondent chooses answers that indicate that he/she is "dissatisfied," or that notify a sales person if the respondent answers a survey indicating that he/she is planning a purchase soon. Email Alerts can even automatically email an e-catalog to a respondent if he/she answers "yes" to the question, "Do you want to receive a catalog?" or a question similar.
To set up an Email Alert, click the [Email Alert to] button while editing or adding a new question to your survey.
In general, setting up an Email Alert requires two steps:
Step 1: Setting up the rules and conditions as to when the alert(s) should be sent. This menu depends on the question type that the alert is applied to; and
Step 2: Indicating the "to," "reply," and "undelivered" e-mail addresses and composing the text for each Email Alert.
