WorldAPP develops Key Survey with user needs in mind. Key Survey automates the creation, deployment, analysis, and reporting of surveys. Key Survey allows you to control all aspect of the survey process. From creation to customizations to launch, the users can set it up the way they need. From selecting the right question types to setting logic transition and workflow controls, you determine how the data is collected. Question rotation, randomization, and validation guarantee the accuracy of the data. The ability to choose between distribution options, setup survey start and end dates, and set answer quotas combine with automatic e-mail reminders to maximize the response rate. The built-in folder system allows you to organize all surveys in your account according to your needs.

Report management

Users have full control over survey results, they can create and customize reports in real-time using web browser, display results in text or graphic format, or export data to Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS or any other program.

User management

Key Survey Multi-User Solutions meet the administrative challenges of the large enterprise while retaining the renowned user-friendly interface. It is the user who defines roles and assigns permissions for certain functions and access levels.

Multi-User Solutions allow you to assign access levels to the specific survey functionality such as survey creation, launching, or reporting. You can also allow users to see only the survey they are working on. The administrator can assign permissions on the individual or group level.
