IVR surveys

Key Survey integrated with MessageBroadcast to enable its users with IVR survey technology:

• Survey calls can either reach the customer live or be left on voice-mail. Those who answer the call live can simply choose to participate and immediately complete the survey.
• Survey participation can also be offered at till point by promoting the use of an inbound 800 number.
• Participation can be promoted to website visitors using Click2Call technology. This feature allows visitors to plan the delivery of a phone survey call by allowing them to input their preferred time and telephone number.

Get what you need

Key Survey allows you to specify survey start and end dates, and how the survey URL will appear to respondents. Moreover, you can set up quotes based either on the total number of respondents who answered the survey or on the number of people who gave an answer to a specific question. Many users also find the ability to limit the time allowed for survey completion useful.

Automatic email reminders

For the respondents who didn't complete your survey the first time around, use our e-mail system to send out reminders on a given date, or after a specified amount of time has passed since your initial invitation.

Anonymity and duplicates control
