Logic and Piping

Why not asking your respondents only relevant questions? Powerful survey logic, handled through an intuitive interface, allows you to dig deeper based on previously given answers. This allows you to extract far richer data in terms of what you are trying to collect. You can start with simple
Branch Logic, directing respondents to the next question based on their current or previous answer(s) in the same survey. Or, choose Advanced Logic and script sophisticated patterns to get precisely the data you need.

The Piping feature allows you to take a response and insert the response into subsequent questions or into one of the answer options for a subsequent question. Moreover, Key Survey application allows you to use URL Import and Piping together as well as implementing data piping from autofilled questions.

Automatic Alerts, E-mail Reminders, and More

When it comes to customizing Key Survey, our e-mail alert feature triggers the launch of pre-created e-mails if certain conditions (e.g. specific answer selected) are met. The Key Survey application has the ability to send reminders to respondents about responding to surveys. If a survey is sent out by e-mail, the application keeps track of who has filled it out. After a set period, the application can automatically send a reminder e-mail to those who have not responded.

You can also automatically display a customized thank you note or redirect respondent to a specified URL once the survey is submitted.
