• Key Survey methodically backs up all databases on a regular basis. We guarantee the accuracy and safety of all data hosted on our servers.
• Client data is stored on our servers for the duration of an account, plus up to one year after. Customers can request to have information removed from Key Survey servers at any time.
• Access to data, customer information and system administration (through the application and API) is limited by username and password or administrative privileges.
• Additionally, you can apply password protection to any survey or report and use advanced features to secure survey data with 128-bit SSL encryption.
• LDAP compliance enables IT specialists to better authenticate, store, and maintain Key Survey's user login and password information within the company's standard authentication systems.
• Users of Key Survey Enterprise admin can now manage and control password properties, such as expiration dates, password length, password complexity, account expiration, and lockout settings.
• Customer-hosted Enterprise installations can further restrict access, by applying additional internal security measures.
