You can now fully integrate your surveys with all of your salesforce.com data. You simply create a survey, select a salesforce.com object to integrate with, map questions (form fields) to specific salesforce.com object fields, and you'll get a link that you can distribute via salesforce.com or embed into your website.

Any data from your existing lead or contact like a name or phone number can be pre-populated on the form and you can allow your lead or contact to correct or update their data. After the respondent submits the survey, the data will be instantly available in you salesforce.com account, so there is no need for frustrating import/export procedures.

Capture leads from your website

No programming or web-design skills are required to create a lead capturing form and transfer this information directly to your salesforce.com account. All you need to do is design a web form using our simple WYSIWYG design interface with the fields you would like, then put a link to the form on your website or embed it into your web page. After the lead clicks the submit button all the data become instantly available on salesforce.com. You can also capture information in the background by creating hidden fields and fill them using custom Java script. The data about the keywords, search engine or user's history on your website may be captured this way.

Conduct Marketing Research

You may also conduct market research and capture data directly to your salesforce.com account. All salesforce.com objects and all data types provided by salesforce.com are available for integration.
