The Key Survey mission

To put the industry's most powerful data collection utility into the hands of our customers so they may easily capture and distribute response data across their entire enterprise regardless of platform, database or application involved.

In order to do this, a company must first be able to collect this data by whatever means necessary.

These methods include online surveys, paper surveys, applications and forms, mobile data collection, phone surveys, data scanning, data entry and the use of the Key Survey API to draw from distributed databases across the enterprise.

Company history

Key Survey, a division of WorldAPP, is a global on-demand web-application company headquartered in Braintree, Massachusetts, with offices in Dallas, Kiev, and London. The company produces a powerful information collection utility that enables organizations to create and distribute surveys and forms, without the need to download or install any software.

Over the years, we have focused exclusively on helping software architects make the shift to web-hosted solutions. Along the way, Key Survey has become an acknowledged leader in the data-collection field, as enterprises move from hard-coded to model-driven systems.

We constantly enhance and extend our technology so that we can help our customers meet any requirement their enterprise may have.

This calls for unusually rapid, agile, and responsive development, and our customers now expect it. They've come to perceive our technology not as something solid and static, but as a dynamically evolving process.

In 2004, we introduced our API-enabled Enterprise solution, for larger clients who require enterprise-class control and security.

We also offer a complete Private Label enterprise solution, for clients who need the application to run from their own domain and appear as their own proprietary software.

The people

WorldAPP was founded in 2001, by Cal Brown, Stan Liachev, and Cheryl Feeney. Prior to founding WorldAPP, CEO Cal Brown founded a number of software publishing and internet companies, including Salary.com, the Internet's leading source for compensation data. Stan Liachev, Ph.D, has twenty years of experience designing and developing client-server and web environment applications. As CTO, he runs the company's large development group. Cheryl Feeney has over 20 years of experience in financial management.
