You can divide "Check all that apply" type of question with the subheaders.
To use this feature you need to design a survey, and then:
- Switch to Rich text mode and check the Subheader checkbox or insert tag <subheader/> next to the answer choices in simple editing mode when the WYSIWYG editor is turned off.you need to make subheaders in a 'Check all that apply' question. Note, it is not recommended to use this tag for the first and the last answer choices.
- Save the question.
Here is the example of Check All that Apply question with the subheaders:
