Purchase

To upgrade your subscription or purchase credits click the 'Purchase' link at the right top, and then:

1. Select what you are going to purchase:
   • If you are going to Purchase a Plan, select the plan you need by clicking corresponding radio button. Click the plan name in the 'Annual Subscription Plan' column to view its details. Consult corresponding columns to see how much the plan costs and how many credits you purchase with the corresponding survey plan.
   • If you are going to purchase only Additional survey credits select radio button in the 'Purchase Credits' section. Enter the number of credits you would like to buy. Click [Calculate] to estimate how much it would cost to buy the number of credits you indicated in the box.
2. Make sure that you have selected the correct radio button and click [Continue] to fill in your payment information.
3. Read the confirmation note that tells you what you are going to buy and fill in your payment information.
4. Click [Continue] to submit the form. Click [Clear form] to remove all the information you have typed in.
5. Verify the package details and your payment information. Make sure that you are purchasing the right plan or the correct amount of credits. Click [Submit] to confirm the purchase.

To upgrade your subscription, purchase credits or features that you have previously agreed with our sales manager, you need to click on the link that you received in your email, and then:

1. Enter your purchase code in the text box and click [Continue].
2. Fill in your payment information. Click [Continue] to submit the form. Click [Clear form] to remove all the information you have typed in.
3. Verify your payment information. Click [Submit] to confirm the purchase. Click [Back] to change your payment information.
