Purchase

This feature allows you to upgrade your subscription plan.

There are two ways of purchase:

• From your account.
• Using your purchase code.

From your account

To upgrade your subscription or purchase credits click the 'Purchase' link at the right top, and then:

1. Select the plan you are going to purchase. Click the plan name in the 'Annual Subscription Plan' column to view its details. Consult corresponding columns to see how much the plan costs and how many credits you purchase with the corresponding survey plan.
2. Make sure that you have selected the correct radio button and click Continue to fill in your payment information.
3. Read the confirmation note that tells you what you are going to buy and fill in your payment information.
4. Click Continue to submit the form. Click Clear form to remove all the information you have typed in.
5. Verify the package details and your payment information. Make sure that you are purchasing the right plan. Click Submit to confirm the purchase.

Purchase Code

To upgrade your subscription click on the link that you received in your email, and then:

1. Enter your purchase code in the text box and click Continue.
2. Fill in your payment information. Click Continue to submit the form. Click Clear form to remove all the information you have typed in.
3. Verify your payment information. Click Submit to confirm the purchase. Click Back to change your payment information.
