Plugins extend the standard Key Survey capabilities, this provide you with the specific on demand functionality.
If you have a specific data engineering need that is not satisfied with your current account's features list, explore new 'Plugins' functionality. It became much easier to build a survey that fully meets your requirements using visual and non-visual plugins.
To apply plugin to your survey follow these steps:
- Click the Plugins button on the ribbon toolbar on the Survey Editing page;
- Click Add New Plugin.
- Choose appropriate plugin from the list and click Insert to set it up and apply to your survey.
Select the 'Active' option to activate appropriate plugin.
Click the Edit button to edit plugin settings.
Click button next to the plugin you want to delete.
Note
- Each plugin has its specific settings and parameters, so it must be set up carefully.
- Most of plugins are assigned to the specific survey questions. These references are described by means of Qx, Qx.Ay and Qx.Ay.Cz notations, where:
x - is a question number;
y - answer choice number;
z - scale item number for the Rate Different Items Along the Scale of Your Choice and 3D Matrix type of questions.
- When Plugins are attached to your survey, the plugin settings will appear
in the Survey Introduction field
in the form of special tags. These tags will not be displayed to the survey respondent,
but please do not remove or modify these tags as the plugins may not be working correctly.
Should you need to amend the settings of your plugin at a later stage, please do so from the Survey Editing>Plugins page.
