To create new survey or copy existing survey click the 
button
from the Surveys Home page.
From Scratch - add questions and other survey elements, apply layout to the blank survey step by step.
Use a Question Library - create a new survey using the question library. From the Question Library page you can browse question categories and find questions that meet your survey field.
Copy Existing Survey - creates a copy of the existing survey with the same set of questions and survey settings. This is commonly used when you tested a survey and want to begin conducting a new blank copy of it.
Use a Template - this option gives you an access to the library of survey templates split into different categories and built by qualified researchers. This allows you to create a survey in short terms and achieve better response rate.
Common-Password Survey - use this option to conduct a Teacher-Student survey group with a profile survey and the main survey. For more details consult the Common-Password Survey help chapter.
Import from file - you can import survey from external data file in CSV format. See the Import from File chapter for more details on file structure and impot instructions.
