3D Matrix

3D Matrix questions allow you to get feedback on a number of different attributes associated with a product or service at the same time. It allows you to gather information on these attributes by requiring the respondent to answer using numbers, text or by choosing from a drop down box. You can use this feature if your subscription plan includes the '3DMatrix' option.

3D Matrix questions create a grid. List the statements, products, features or services you wish evaluated in 'answer choice' lines and enter your evaluation criteria as column headings. Each cell of the 3D Matrix grid can allow a respondent to enter text or numeric values according to the format you set. You can also choose to use a drop-down box containing values if you want response consistency.
