Manage Selected Contacts

This option is used to manage contacts for the Email survey to contacts from the Contact Manager, Publish survey to Participant Portal or Protect survey with passwords features.

If there have been no contacts selected yet, choose whether you want to add them from the existing group or to create new group by filtering the the Contact Manager.

  • Create new group from scratch is used if none of the existing contact groups contain appropriate contacts. For more details consult the Filer Contacts help chapter.
  • Select existing group Select this option to add contacts from the existing group. You can also select list of contacts that has been used in other survey launches. In the right part of the screen filters that are applied to the selected group will be displayed.

After you select the group of contacts you will see the list of contacts as a table. It has two modes:

  • Profile Information - this mode shows contacts personal data.
  • Response Information - in this mode you can view participant status, dates when participant was invited and define custom participation dates per each contact. This is commonly used if you want to expand or shorten participation dates if respondent has no ability to fill out your survey in time.
