This section explains what this feature is and why you should use it

What: Email Alerts panel allows you to activate/deactivate already created alerts, edit alert settings, edit alert email text, copy alert settings to new alert and delete email alerts.

Why: Using this page, you can view the list of all your present alerts within the question, easily handle the specific email alert, check the status of alert activity and so on.

We are about to describe 'Email Alert' table menu controls to you

To manage your email alerts, click the Alert button on 'Questions' page or click the Email Alert To button on 'Single Question' page.

Upper left you will find the question the email alert is applied to. Clicking '+' next to the question will open the list of responses.

New Alert Click this button to create a new email alert for this question. For details, see the 'Design E-mail Alert' help chapter.

Alerts to respondents/Alerts to survey owner or other person menu displays the list of all email alerts applied to this question. The menu contains the following controls:

  • Active Select this check box to activate/ deactivate the corresponding alert.
  • When Click it to edit alert settings. For more details, please see 'Design E-mail Alert' help chapter.
  • What Click it to edit email alert body text or to change the 'from', 'reply', 'undelivered' e-mail addresses. For details consult the 'Edit Email' help chapter.
  • Copy Allows you to create a new email alert with the settings based on existent alert. Click it to go the 'Email Alert Settings' page with the predefined settings.
  • Delete icon Removes the email alert from the list.
