What this feature is, why you should use it and
when
Step by step implementation of this feature
This section explains what the "Link To Survey"
is and why you should use it
What: This feature allows you to place a link to the survey on
your website.
Why: This feature is used to gather survey responses from visitors
to your company's website.
We are about to show you step by step how to
implement this feature
To acquire links for your webmaster you need to click
[Go] next to the 'HTML code' on the 'Launch Survey' page,
and then:
- Select the ( )'HTML code for survey link' radio
button if it has not been selected by default.
- Copy and paste the HTML
below into your website. This text box contains HTML code
of the examples
of ways in which your webmaster can place on your company's
website the link to your survey. The HTML script should be inserted within <body></body> tags.
Note
- If your subscription includes the ability to use
the 'URL ID append'
feature, you need to add a suffix to your survey link.
- There should be software on your local server that will
convert your suffix into a URL
encoded line and add it to the survey link.
- Otherwise, there is a risk of adding a suffix, which
contains symbols that are not allowed in URL.
In this case, the suffix will be ignored and you will not
be able to identify
your survey takers within your network.
- This feature works only with Master URL
(you can find it on the 'Launch Survey' page.).
- [Back] Takes you back to previous page.
