Introduction

This online help will guide you through all the features of our Survey building application. Use the table of contents or search the Index to find the help section you need.

You can access help chapters for particular pages by clicking the Help link at the right top.


Each page of our application also has the following controls in the main menu at the top:

Surveys Takes you to your Surveys home page. This page allows you to manage your existing surveys.

Reports Click this tab to go to the report section. Online reports, or export to several popular formats.

Contacts Takes you to the Contact Manager. This option allows adding and managing your contacts.

Portal To set up Participant Portal click this button.

Dashboard feature allows to view and analyze data from any of your surveys in real time with Key Survey integrated QlikView reporting functionality.

Feedback Click here to let us know if you have any suggestions or if you encountered any problem.

Purchase Click here to upgrade your subscription.

My Account View your account summary, change your profile or password.

Logout Exit your account.

Live Support Click here to enter an online live support chat room to get quick answers to your questions 24/5. If our operators are not available, you can leave your question using the feedback form.

You can also access most of the application pages using drop-down menu in the top right corner when editing the survey.

You must use UTF-8 encoding and work in one browser window while using our application.
