This section explains what the "Insert Text and Images" is and why you should use it

What: This feature allows you to create sections in your report with custom text and images.

Why: This feature is used to give your report a custom look and insert the filtered results for respondent groups.

We are about to show you step by step how to implement this feature

To create custom item with text and images follow theses steps:

  1. To create a report item with text and images select the 'Text and Images' option from the Insert dropdown menu on the Report Items page.
  2. Use the 'Enter your text' text box to input custom text. You can use this this text as a section header within your report.
  3. Click the Create Formula button to create formula for calculating custom statistical quantities and insert this formula along with the custom text. Formula will be calculated automatically and will be substituted within the online report.
  4. To upload an image file click the Browse button and double click on the file with the image in it, and then:

    • Specify image alignment (left, center, right) using the 'Align' drop-down box to.
    • Use the 'Description' text field to create an alternative text about the image if it is not loaded.
    • Insert a link to your web site or any web-page to redirect report view if click the image.
    • Click the Save to upload your image and save changes.
    Note

    You can use only .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .bmp, .png image in RGB colorspace and its size should be under 300 kB.

    Click the Remove button to remove the uploaded image.

To create a formula, you need to click the Create Formula button, and then:

Click Save to save your changes.
Click Preview to see how your 'Text and Images' item looks.
Click Back to return to the Report Items page.
