Address Filter

You can make a purpose sampling of addresses in your address book. For example, you emailed a survey 'Fast Food' using an address book. Then you can email a survey 'Pizza Brands' to those respondents who selected 'Pizza' adding a filter to your address book.

To add a new filter to your address book you need to go to the 'Address Book' page, and then:

1. Use the 'Select Address Book' drop-down box to choose the address book to work with.
2. Click Add Filter to create a new filter.
3. Use the 'Type in filter name' text box to enter your filter name.
4. Use the 'Select Survey' drop-down box to choose a survey. The filter will be designed according to the results of the selected survey.
5. Enter your filter expression in the 'Type in filter expression' text box using the expression format of the Advanced Logic.

Click Save to save your filter.

Click Back to return to the Address Book page.
