FTP Upload

You can integrate collected data with the third party FTP sources and automate upload process without doing it manually. Data from your report will be automatically converted into selected format and then will be uploaded to FTP server as often as you need.

To setup FTP upload follow these steps:

1. Go to the Reports section of your account either by clicking the Report button next to the selected survey or by clicking the Reports button from the main navigation menu at the top.
2. Select appropriate report.
3. Click the Publish button from the right pane.
4. Click the New FTP Upload button from the fifth step.
5. Select the format to convert report data to before it is uploaded to FTP.
   
6. Click the Next button.
7. In the Upload Settings step specify FTP server details and login credentials.
   
8. Click the Next button to save data and proceed to the upload scheduling.
9. Specify scheduled updates settings:" reccurrence pattern, end date if necessary and others.
   
10. Click the Finish buttons to save changes and schedule new FTP upload.
