Export to PowerPoint

You can export your survey results in a graphic format to PowerPoint.

To export your survey report in a graphic format to PowerPoint follow these steps:

1. Click Run Report.
2. In the Report Summary mode click Export under the question with survey results in graphic format.

This page contains the following controls:

Graph Type Using this dropdown box you can select various types of diagrams.

Width Use this box to enter the width of the diagram.

Height Use this box to enter the height of the diagram.

Show question in title Select this checkbox to display the question text in the title of the diagram.

Rank in order Select this checkbox to arrange the items in descending order.

Zoom in Select this checkbox to enlarge the diagram.

Use the radio button totals to scale the diagram in units corresponding to the total amount of respondents having selected the definite answer.

Use radio button percent to scale the diagram in percent.

Click Update to save your changes.

To export to PowerPoint:

1. Move mouse over graph.
2. Right click.
3. Choose 'Copy'.
4. Open the PowerPoint document.
5. Right click on the PowerPoint page.
6. Select 'Paste' to paste the picture.
