Edit Name

1. Survey Name The survey name is used to identify your survey from the list under your "Surveys" or "Reports", and therefore must be unique. If no Title is specified, survey name will also appear at the top of the online survey on each survey page and will be displayed to respondents.
2. Survey Display Title The survey title appears at the top of the survey on each survey page. If the field is empty the survey name will be used instead of survey title.
3. Survey Introduction Introduction text will only appear on the first survey page. You can extend a warm invitation to respondents to participate. You can also explain what is the purpose of the survey, how the information will be used, or simply tell the respondents how valuable and important their contribution is. Use HTML to apply additional design to your survey introduction. Consult the HTML Guide for details.

   If there are Plugins attached to your survey, the plugin settings will appear in the Survey Introduction field in the form of special tags. These tags will not be displayed to the survey respondent, but please do not remove or modify these tags as the plugins may not be working correctly. Should you need to amend the settings of your plugin at a later stage, please do so from the Survey Rules>Plugins page.

4. Notes Use this field to make short notes about the survey. These notes will not be displayed to respondents and will be used for internal purposes only, they will appear under the survey name from the Surveys home page to help you easily differentiate between surveys.

Click Spell Check to check the spelling.
Click Save to save your work.
Click Next to move onto the Survey Questions page.
