The Survey Introduction will appear just below your survey's name. Use the introduction field as a description part of your survey. Here you can write instructions on how to take this survey or explain its purpose.

If the responses to the survey are confidential you can inform your respondents about that. Or you may use this field to request a survey recipient's participation.
