This section explains what the "Delete Response" is and why you should use it

What: This advanced feature allows you to remove records from your respondent's survey results.

Why: This feature is used to delete responses from your default survey report.

We are about to show you step by step how to implement this feature

To remove records follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to the 'Reports' home page by clicking the Report button next to the survey name.
  2. Click icon next to the 'Standard Report' to run 'Summary Report'.
  3. Click the Delete Respondent button on the 'Summary Report' page.
    Note, the button 'Delete Respondent' appears only in the default report.
  4. Click the 'View e-mail addresses or IDs' link to see the list of all respondents who submitted your survey. Click respondent's link (ID) to view his or her responses.
  5. Check the responses you want to remove from your report.
  6. Click Delete Selected to remove checked responses.
Note

  • If you have text responses you can click corresponding link (View text responses) to see the list of respondents who answered this particular question.
  • Click Check All to select all the responses.
  • If you changed your mind, click Clear All to clear all check boxes.
  • You can remove responses clicking Delete Respondent in the 'View by Respondent' mode as well. If you are viewing your report not from your account (for example, if you are using report URL that have been emailed to you), there will be no Delete Respondent button. This precaution is used to prevent unauthorized action.
