On the Survey Statistics page you can view statistics for the selected surveys that appear on the Participant Portal page. Statistics shows you number of survey subjects, survey participants and allows exporting this data to Excel or PDF.
To view survey statistics follow these steps:
- Click the Portal button from the main menu at the very top of your page.
- Click the Survey Statistics link from the navigation menu.
- Click Select Surveys to select surveys you want to view the statistics for.
- Select surveys from the "Available Surveys" field and move them to the "Selected Surveys" field using the"Select Surveys" dialog box.
- Click the Save button to save your changes.
Now when you selected surveys, "Survey Statistics" page displays following information:
- Survey Name - hypelinked survey name. Clicking this link you will be navigated to the survey Participation Report. If your survey consists in a Survey Group, system displays name of this group above the survey name.
- Subjects - this column shows the number of subjects added to the survey. To go to the Subject Manager and to view the list of subjects click this hyperlinked number.
- Participants - this column contains information on your survey participants.
Totals shows you the total number of survey partisipants. Go to the Contact Manager to view the list of survey participants by clicking hyperlinked number.
Completed shows you the number and percentage for participants who have already completed your survey.
In Progress shows you the number and percentage for participants who have started but have not completed your survey yet.
Not Started show you the number and percentage for participants who have not started your survey yet.
- Start Date - is the date when your survey becomes aavailable for survey participants. To reset this date go to the "Launch Survey" page.
- End Date - is the date when your survey is closed and inaccessible for survey partisipants. To reset this date go to the "Launch Survey" page.
- Shown on Portal - indicates if your survey is displayed to survey participants on the "Participant Portal". To show or hide your survey go to the "Launch Survey" page.
- Next columns correspond to the metadata columns that were added to each survey on the Survey Rules page. For metadata setup details consult Survey Metadata Setup help chapter.
Show only active surveys Select this option to filter survey list to show only surveys that are opened to survey participants.
Show only visible surveys Select this option to filter survey list to show only surveys that are shown on the "Participant Portal".
Click the Export To Excel button to export survey statistics to Excel. XLS spreadsheet columns will correspond to the "Survey Statistics" table columns.
Click the Print To PDF button to convert "Survey Statistics" to PDF.
Click Select Surveys to add or remove surveys from the "Survey Statistics" page.
