This page allows you to adjust Participant Portal settings. Click the Portal button from the main navigation menu. Participants Portal Settings page consists of two panes:
Settings Pane Portal Title is a general name for the participants portal and which is displayed at the very top when access the Portal. Table Heading is a name for the table where surveys are displayed to respondents. Select verification mode As "Portal" page is personal per each participant and should be secured, use this option to set up individual login and password. Contacts' personal information that are stored within the Contact manager can be used as login credentials. Single Sign on Use this option to define 'Login Name' from the contact columns list. After changes are applied you are not allowed to change login. Note
Links to be displayed on Portal You can embed links to internal or external web pages or documents. For example: you can create instructions document to walk through your survey respondents, upload this document to the WEB and place the link to this document on the Portal. Portal is Available Set up portal activation date and time so the portal is opened for respondents or make it accessible all the time by selecting the Always option. Show export to Excel option This adds the Export to Excel button on the Participant Portal, thus respondents can export their participation results to excel. Show Delegate Option This feature gives respondents an ability to delegate their surveys to other respondents. Show Survey Metadata This option displays survey metadata, which is actually instructions or any other internal information. For more details consults the Survey Metadata page. Layout Pane This pane is used to customize portal layout. You can manage portal colors, logo, images and other layout settings. Portal URL Is a link to the Portal for respondents access. You can find it at the top right corner of the Layout pane. The Portal Logo and Portal Background Image allows you to add custom logo and background images. for additional details consult the Add Image chapter. Portal colors, fonts and styles can be customized using either the Styles Editor or the CSS Editor.
Click the Save button to save the changes. |
