Participation Report Rules

On the patricipation report Rules page you can customize your participation report controls and behaviour.

To set participation report rules either click Next on the Report Layout page or click the Reports -> Rules link.

Show link to individual responses - select this option to allow participation report viewer access individual responses.

Show Navigation enables navigation menu in 'By Respondent' mode that allows navigating between participants' responses.

Allow to Select Surveys - you can decide whether you define the list of participants to be included into your participation report or allow report viewers to select surveys they want to view participation report for from their side. Select this option to enable the Select Surveys button within online report.

Export to Excel - select this option to allow participation report viewers export the report as an Excel spreadsheet.
Print to PDF - select this option to allow participation report viewers convert the report to PDF.

Click Save to save all changes.
Click Run Report to preview online participation report.
Click Next to go to the Publish Options page.
Click Back to return to the Report Layout page.
