Participation Report Publish Options

You can deploy 360 survey participation data and convert it to different formats.

To set you participation report publish settings either click the Next button on the Report Rules page and then you will see the following controls:

Report link - select the link type for your participation report. You can set the default link, IP address link or custom link.
URL - select this option to set a regular report link beginning with our domain name.
IP address - if you select this option, our domain name is replaced in the link by the IP address of our server.
Customize URL - select this option if you do not want our application domain name or IP address to appear in the report link. For instructions on how to generate your new report link consult the 'Customize URL' help chapter.

Secure connection - secures participation data by encrypting it. For more details consult the 'Secure Connection' help chapter.

To run your participation report you can copy the URL of your report and paste it into the address bar of your browser to view the report online.

To set the report status use one of the following options:

  • Active - this option is selected by default, thus the report is accessable via the report link or from your account.
  • Inactive - select this option to deactivate the report and make it inaccessible.

Access Restrictions contains different means to restrict access to your participation report. First select the 'Enable access restrictions' option and then define login credential:

  • Type in the password for report viewer - only after entering the password a report viewer will be able to access your participation report.
  • Type in the unique IDs of contacts you want this report to be accessible for - checks if a report viewer has active session with the application and gives an access to your participation report if viewer's identifier matches provided unique identifier.

Email report Select this option if you want the link to this report to be emailed to indicated email address. For details consult the 'Email Report' help chapter.

Print Report Select this option to convert your participation report to PDF file. For details consult the 'Print Report' help chapter.

Export to Excel Select this option and click the Export to Excel button to export your report to Excel.

Export to SPSS Select this option and click the Export to SPSS button to export your report to SPSS.

Export to CSV Select this option to export your participation data in a 'comma delimited text file' (.csv) which can be then saved into any spreadsheet programs such as Excel, Microsoft Access or Filemaker. Make sure that comma is indicated as a list separator for numbers in Regional Options on your Control Panel.

Note

Excel does not allow you to import more than 256 columns in one row.

Click Save to save all the changes.
Click Ren Report to see how your report looks.
Click Back to return to the Report Rules page.
