New Participation Report

New Custom Participation Report is a copy of your standard participation report which may be customized in the way you need.

To create new custom participation report click the New Report button. To edit existing participation report click the Edit button from the Report Home page next to the report name, and then:

  1. In the Report Name text box enter a name for your new report.
  2. In the Edit Report Title text box provide a title for your new report. It is displayed in online, PDF, Excel, SPSS and CSV reports. If empty, 'Report Name' will be substituted as a title
  3. Use the 'Edit Description' text box to describe the purpose of your report. Description text will appear below your report's name.
  4. Use the 'Notes' text box to make short notes about this report for internal purposes. This field will not be seen in online report.

Click Save to save your changes.
Click Run Report to preview your participation report.
Click Back to return to the Report Home page.
Click Next to go to the Report Columns page to proceed with the report creation and customization.
