Participant Portal

Users can participate in their surveys by login into the Portal.

Surveys - lists each survey that the participant has access to listed in this column. Click on the survey name to proceed to the survey.
Surveys may be integrated into groups. For grouped surveys, a bold group heading will be visible with a "+" or "-" sign in front of the name to expand to the full list of grouped surveys or contract from a full list to just the grouped header. Clicking on the group name will display the first survey tab in the group.
Note that no survey period will display for grouped surveys as these may vary for the surveys within the group.

Survey Period This column displays the range of dates that the survey will be accepting input.

Your Survey Status: indicates your current survey status.

  • Not Started indicates that you have not started a survey yet and have not rated any subjects.
  • In Progress - this status indicates that you have already started your survey but still have not hit "Submit" button.
  • Completed status shows that any number of subjects has been rated, from 0 - 100%, and the survey has been submitted.

Your Progress This column displays as follows: percentage of subjects (the number of subjects that have any ratings of the total number of subjects to be rated).
Note that a survey may be submitted and listed as completed even if no subjects have been rated.
For grouped surveys, the row with the group name will have total numbers from all of the surveys within the group.

Administrators lists information on survey administrators.

Export to Excel Click icon to export the survey to Excel, including any current ratings or comments. This can be utilized to document survey answers offline and then data enter the responses into the survey at another time.
Survey export is also available within the survey.

Delegate Click the Delegate button to delegate your survey to a third party.

Logout logs you out from the Portal.
