Participant Manager

Participant manager is used to add, edit or delete participants from your 3600 survey.

Click the Go button next to the "Manage participants" option on the Survey Launch.htmLaunch page.
If there have been no participants added to your 3600 survey yet, choose whether you want to add them from the shared list or to filter them from the Contact Manager.

  • Importing from Shared List. Select this option if you want to add participants from the shared list.
    Select the list you want to import and click the Select List button. After reviewing list items click Import List.
  • Filtering from the Contact Manager Select this option to add participants from the Contact Manager by choosing appropriate contact group that contains filtered contacts. For more details see Groups chapter.

Add Participants Click this button to add participants to your survey. Select contacts you want to add as participants and click [Add Selected Contacts] button.

Edit Attached View Use this option to edit filter criteria of the selected contacts group. For more details consult Groups help chapter.

Update List If you want to bring into correspondence Participants list and Contacts list use this option. System will check if there are any filtered out contacts in the Participants list that do not apper in the Contacts list or if there are any filtered in contacts in the Contacts list that do not appear in the Participants list.
If there are any you can choose which are needed to be updated and save changes by hitting Save Checked Changes button.

List Property Click this button to edit list properties. For more details consult List Properties help chapter.


Manage Participants

To manage Participants list mouse over on the arrow next to the column name.

  • Sort Ascending - sorts participants ascendingly by selected column.
  • Sort Descending - sorts participants descendingly by selected column.
  • Columns - check/uncheck columns you want to show/hide.

Participants list's columns order is the following:

  • Firstly table shows contacts columns. Beginning from the "Status" column you will see system columns.
  • Status shows you status of the current participant's survey.
  • Progress displayes survey completing percentage. Numbers in brackets shows X-rated of Y-all subjects.
  • Start Date and End Date show time interval when the survey should be completed by this participant.
  • Click the Set Date button next to the appropriate participant to specify Start and End dates.

If your Participants list contains more than thousand items, list will be broken into pages. Use table navigation bar to navigate between pages or to refresh the list.

Delete Selected Click this button to delete selected participants from the list.
Export List exports Participants list to Excel.
Back Click this button to go back to the 'Launch' page.
