List Properties

When managing your 360 survey you can save and then share subjects and participants lists. To access this feature click the List Properties button from your "Subject Manager" or a "Participant Manager" and then:

  1. List Name Use this text box to name your list.
  2. List Contact Information Use this text box to add information about the contact person who created this list. This field is optional.
  3. Notes You can make short notes about the list for internal purposes.
  4. Filter Criteria This text box contains filter criteria that were applied to the list. Note: this option appears only if your list has been created by copying existing View with applied filters. For details consult Groups help chapter.
  5. List Sharing This option allows you to make your list shared and available for other surveys within your account and your sub-accounts if any.

Click the Save button to save changes to the list.
Click the Back button to go back to the previous page.
