You can create participants list within a campaign and send campaign email invitations or campaign email reminder to this list of participants.
When the campaign is created, select surveys and participants to send invitations for.
- Click the hyperlinked campaign name from the "Invitation Distribution" page.
- Click the Select Surveys button to view the list of available 3600 surveys.
- Select surveys you want to view the list of participants for.
Note that active surveys are in black and inactive are in navy blue.
- Click the Save button to add participants to the campaign from selected surveys.
After you added participants to your campaign, you can manage this list by selecting one of the available options:
- Show only active surveys - select this option to display the list of active surveys' participants. To activate or deactivate a survey go to the Launch Survey page.
- Show only visible surveys - select this option to display the list of participants of the surveys that are shown on the "Participants Portal". To show or hide a survey from the Participants Portal go to the Launch Survey page.
- Show only not invited participants - select this option to view the list of participants email invitations has not been sent to.
Now you are ready to select participants to send an email invitations or an email reminder for. To send email invitations follow these steps:
- Click "Send Invitation" tab at the top of the participants list.
- Select participants you want to send email invitations for, using check boxes next to the participant name. You can select all participants at once.
- Click the Edit and Send Email button to compose your campaign email invitation and send emails to selected participants. For more details consult the Campaign Email Invitation help chapter. Note that this button will be disabled untill you select at least one participant.
Note
- Participants who have already recieved their email invitations will be highlighted in grey and will not be available for selecting.
- To remind participants who have not started or have not completed your survey yet use the Email Campaign Reminder option.
- To send new email invitation create new Email Distribution Campaign.
To send email reminder immediately or to schedule email reminder follow these steps:
- To send email reminder to those who have not started or have not completed your surveys yet click the "1st Reminder" tab. If you have already sent the email reminder click the "Additional Reminder" tab to set up additional reminder.
- Select participants you want to remind using check boxes next to the participant name. You can select all participants at once.
- Click the Edit and Send Email button to compose your reminder email and send it to selected participants. For more details consult the Email Campaign Reminder help chapter.
Note that this button will be disabled untill you select at least one participant.
Note
- Only one email reminder is allowed per day.
- Use the Additional Reminder option to schedule email reminder.
- If you have not emailed invitations to participants yet, these participants will be highlighted in grey and will not be available for selecting and sending campaign email reminders to.
