E-mail Campaign Reminder

Here you can compose your reminder message and send it to the participants within an email campaign.

If you sent your email invitation to participants and some of them have not started or have not completed all your surveys, you can notify such participants by sending email reminder to them. To email reminder to campaign participants you need to open participants list of the campaign, select participants you want to send reminder to and then:

  1. Click the Edit Email button to compose your email reminder message. For more details consult the Compose Email help chapter.
  2. Specify the way your email reminder will be sent:
    • Select the Do not email reminder option if you do not want to send this reminder any more.
    • Select Email 1st reminder now to email reminder immediately.
    • Select the Email 1st reminder to non-respondents "N" days after the first invitation option to email the reminder on the Nth day after the email invitation was sent to participants.
    • Select the Email 1st reminder on option to email reminder on the specific date.
  3. Set the email priority to your reminder message:
    • Select the Normal option to set the normal priority to the email. This is default option.
    • Select the High option to set high email priority.
  4. Click the Save button to activate email reminder.
