Detailed Participant Report

360 Detailed Participant Report Reference is a sub-report that allows viewing participation data per each separate participant such as number of rated subjects, given ratings etc. When viewing your main report you can select participant you need and analyze participation data per this participant.

To add Detailed Participant Report to your main report go to the Reports page of your 3600 survey. Create New Report or edit existing report and then:

  1. Go to the Report Items page of your report.
  2. Click the Insert button and select the '360 Detailed Participant Report Reference' option.
  3. Give a unique name to your detailed report.
  4. Click the Save button to save changes.

Show all text responses Select this option to expand all text responses in your detailed report.

Each item on the new page Select this option to place all detailed report items each on a new page.

Hide All Select this option to hide all items from your detailed report.

Main Report Takes you to the main Report Items page

Edit Click this button to edit your detailed report name.

Add Logo Click this button to add a logo to the top of your detailed report. Fore more details consult the Add Report Logo help chapter.

Insert New Item allows you to add one of the following elements to your detailed report:

The item number field. Indicates the number of the item within a report. This field is editable. It allows you to change the order of report items by entering the ordinal number in this field. Make sure to your settings to apply changes.

Note

  • If the item (N) is given the number (N+1), the order of the items will remain the same.
    For example, if the 5-th item is given the number '6', no changes will be applied.
    To replace the 5-th item with the 6-th one, you should set the 6-th item to be the 5-th or specify both item fields with contrary numbers and click Save.
  • The order of items set on this page will be in Detailed Report Summary only. In individual reports, items will be displayed in the order set on the 'Survey Questions' page.

Detailed report item has the following options:

  • Edit Allows you to edit a specific detailed report item.
  • Graph Icon Allows you to customize item graph.
  • Hide Hides detailed report item.

Show text responses Select this option beneath the question that includes text answer choices (comments, 'Other' option etc.) to expand them in your detailed report. That is usually used if convert report to PDF format.

New page Use this option to brake your detailed report to multiple pages.

Click to save your changes.
Click to preview your online detailed report. Note: this button opens main report; to preview detailed participant report select the prticipant from the list within your main report.
Click to return to the main 'Report Items' page.
