E-mail Campaign

Here you can create and manage email distribution campaigns.

When your 3600 surveys are organized within Survey Groups and ready to be sent to survey participants, you can create email distribution campaigns and select participants who should recieve email invitation to their Participant Portal and any particular survey. You can also send Email Reminder to those participants who have not started or have not completed surveys yet.

To create new email distribution campaign:

  1. Click the Portal button from the main menu at the very top of your page.
  2. Click the Invitation Distribution link from the navigation menu.
  3. Click Create Campaign to add new campaign.
  4. Use the "Create Campaign" dialog box to name your campaign and enter any notes for internal purposes.
  5. Click the Save button to save your changes and create a campaign.

After new campaign is created you can view and track the following information per each campaign:

  • The name of campaign is hypelinked and redirects you to the Invitation Distribution page if clicked.
  • Notes - this column contains internal notes and any other information for internal purposes.
  • Sent on - indicates the date when the email distribution was sent for the campaign.
  • Reminded - this column displays the date when the latest reminder was sent for the campaign non-respondents.
  • Participants - this column displays number of participants included into the campaign.

Click the Edit button to edit campaign name and notes.
Click next to the campaign to delete campaign and its statistics.

Note

When you are done with creating new campaign it is ready to be setup and sent to your participants. For more details consult Invitation Distribution help chapter.
